Market CAFE

Grilled river Sole in creamed mustard-pimento sauce

Lamb Taqive, a traditional Moroccan lamb stew with almonds, saffron, tomatoes and plenty of mint served with couscous or thick pea pilaf.

Burmese Khao Suey, traditionally prepared with fresh greens, flavoured with ginger, chillies and coconut milk, served with browned onions, garlic pods and steamed rice or noodles.

Couscous : a kind of tiny Pasta, nutritious as well as delicious. The traditional couscous is normally soaked and then steamed, while the easy to prepare one which is available in grocery stores is the Moroccan couscous which is pre-steamed, all you have to do is pour hot water over it with a dash of olive oil and let it stand for a while. Stir with a fork and serve.

Market CAFE is a nice place to sit, relax and sip a cup of coffee in solitude or have fun with family/friends over a mouth watering meal.
